How the VeriTrack Score works

The four components

• Verification coverage

  40%

  The share of your sales records, performance periods, and employment history that has been independently verified. This is the largest single component — verification is the entire point of VeriTrack.

• Performance percentile

  35%

  Where your trailing 12-month quota attainment ranks against other VeriTrack members in your primary vertical. Below a cohort of 50 comparable members, this defaults to a neutral 50th percentile rather than a misleading small-sample ranking — and any "Top X%" claim is hidden until your cohort is large enough to mean something.

• Profile completeness

  15%

  How much of your profile is filled in: headline, core identity, skills, work history, and at least one verified record. This can go down as well as up — for example, if a verified record is later edited and reverts to unverified.

• Recency/activity

  10%

  How recently you've been active on VeriTrack, based on login recency. Signing in regularly keeps this component at its full value; it decays gradually after a few months of inactivity, never all at once.

Recomputed nightly, never silently changed

Your Score is recalculated every night from your current data. Each calculation is stamped with the exact formula version used to produce it — currently v1 — so if the weights above are ever adjusted, past scores remain explainable rather than silently reinterpreted under a different formula.

What this Score is not

Paid features never influence your Score, your percentile, or your verification status. Nothing about VeriTrack’s business model can move this number — it reflects your verified performance and your profile alone.
